For a quick overnight stay easy access off hwy 5, near restaurant and gas. Clean, comfortable and safe place. Easy check in for late night arrivals. Direct parking outside your door. No need to haul your stuff. Was quiet and bed was comfortable.

My room was simple and comfortable and had everything I needed for a one night stay. However I could hear everything that was going on next door. Erin let me know that in the future I could contact her when the noise continued after quiet time at 10. Will be back!

I liked many things about this property. The mini-fridge had a freezer compartment that fit my two blue ices. The bed was comfy, sheets and pillows better than most, the surfaces were hypoallergenic, entry and checkout were easy, hot pot for beverages was convenient, and Erin was hospitable and prompt. Thank you, Erin.

This newly renovated motel is the place to stay when visiting Red Bluff. While the rooms are smaller the owners did an excellent job of making use of the space and provide everything you need. The room is cozy and Erin makes you feel like family with the local recommendations and the ability to text her for anything you may need. We appreciated the easy contactless check in and I love the door code instead of a key, which can easily be misplaced and often fail. They support local businesses and use environmentally friendly products in their rooms. The smart TV was much appreciated as we were live streaming a local event while off site. Wifi is fast and reliable which made working remotely a breeze. I like that the property is off the main road so the traffic is very light. Overall you cannot go wrong staying here and we hope they always have a room for us when we return.

An excellent renovation of a 50's/60s style of motel. Large conformable bed amd fluffy pillows, strong wifi, large walk-in shower. within blocks of shopping and dining. No staff on site, everything was done remotely. It is a work in progress, only one wing was completed, so I look forward to seeing the finished project.
