Was able to check in early as we had some things to do before our night. Did not use the pool or anything as we were in the area for a concert. Bed was comfy. Only cold items were slotted for breakfast the next morning so we did skip it. Was told that if we came back, then would be discounted for that future stay because of the breakfast. Was double charged but then issued a refund afterward.

The room was freezing cold upon arrival. They had not bothered to turn on any heat, so it took at least an hour to get comfortable. The bathroom would not be considered clean. The most frustrating part was yet to come. We had paid for the hotel through Travelocity but our card was also charged twice by the hotel. Now we have that mess to straighten out.

The rooms are kept at a constant 68 degrees, but we have addressed the cleanliness issue with our housekeeping team and I assure you we are working diligently to ensure a similar situation does not occur again in the future.
As far as the double charge, please contact us directly if you would like to discuss things further. If it was a prepaid reservations, there should have been no additional charges on your personal credit card.
We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations.
