Our stay was brief; a stpover to rest as we were on a long road trip. We arrived late in the evening, but the staff were very kind and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and clean. There are several nearby restaurants and coffee shops. I would stay here again.

Overall great stay!

From booking, to helping me with a mistake I made while booking the room, to check in and check out.....Friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, staff! Clean, comfortable, acommodating, room! Great location to downtown area. Several eateries within walking distance. I want to give props to Kevin! He really made me feel like he cared about my stay! He put me in a room that he tought would best suite me for my stay. If I ever come back to Redding CA, this is where I'll stay!

Unfortunately due to issues on Expedia end, I never made it to the hotel. I was told over the phone that there was no reservation under my name, even though Gavin from Expedia sent a confirmation that the date of the reservation was changed. I have never had this issue before, therefore will be calling the hotel directly in the future.

This hotel was fantastic! It's perfectly situated, with great dining options just a short walk away, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Plus, parking was a breeze. If you find yourself in Redding, I can't recommend this place enough.

Motel was clean, bed was comfortable. They had complimentary water bottles which was really nice and unheard of at other hotels. The staff was amazing, the pregnant young woman and the young man we're so friendly and kind. The only recommendation I would make is to use a milder air freshener/aroma in the rooms it was a bit overpowering and we had to open our windows. Other than that our stay was great!
