This home worked as an economical base for our stay while we were out exploring the area. The location and basic functionality met our needs, and for sleeping and showering, it did the job.However, the property is in significant need of updates and maintenance. While the listing mentions upcoming improvements and construction, as of our stay the outdoor space was not particularly usable or inviting.Inside, much of the furniture is very basic or heavily worn. The table and chairs are visibly beat up, some chairs are missing rungs, the pull-out couch is old and uncomfortable for sitting, the recliner is broken, and end tables are chipped and worn. The kitchenware is quite worn. Thankfully, we brought our own pots to cook.Although the home technically sleeps more guests, the living space is not very functional for more than four people due to limited seating and limited table space, Several listed amenities were either not available or not functioning properly. The washer was not available as advertised. The dishwasher worked sporadically. The vinyl player was broken. The refrigerator is extremely loud and sounds like it is struggling to operate. The heater in the living room did not function well. Bathrooms had visible mold on walls and heaters spewed out a lot of black fuzz. Though they did work well to heat the bedrooms.Beds were comfortable and water pressure and temperature was good.
