My flight wasn't due in until just after 11p. I had a friend in Redmond call the Hub about 830p and let them know when my flight would be in and make sure that someone would be at the front desk to check me in by 11:30p. They were told that wouldn't be a problem, that they didnt go to bed that early anyway. We arrived at 1120p and the lights were off and the door was locked. We rang the night bell several times before we finally left and went somewhere else. I grew up in central Oregon and have referred people to the Hub on more than one occasion but never again.

Management tried to explain that the condition of his motel "is what it is"...however if i had a choice and i had the ability to go anywhere else, i would have.
