Very clean rooms. Space is ‘new’ and staff is kind. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful in November. The continental breakfast is a joke: they only had yogurt, stale muffins and croissants. Staff mentioned they stopped ‘hot breakfast’ a few months back. Super disappointing breakfast, but otherwise a great experience.

They didn’t have my reservation. Showed my confirmation, then it was found. I pre checked in on line. She took a minute to find that. Room key didn't work. Had to get it redone. Nice room tho. Few other issues I'll just leave out, not a big deal.

The hotel itself is very nice but I was treated like I didnt matter, they could've cared less about me, my comfort, or my safety. I requested a handicapped bathroom because I'm a fall risk and have to have bars in the shower and toilet. As it was I had to risk pulling the toilet paper holder off the wall to to get up. And No shower.

Stayed here for a wedding we attended in nearby Potter Valley. Rooms were clean and parking is plentiful. There was a smoke smell in the lobby when you first check in but our room was fine with no smoke smell. This was our first time visiting the casino as well which was very clean and right next door to the property. There is also complimentary breakfast at the hotel which was pretty limited but appreciated. My only compliant would be that they would not do an early check in without charging $35 which was disappointing.
