Was a bit too far to walk into The city but for what we needed it for ( a one night stop over ) it was great and we’ll definitely use this hotel again

Worst case, untrained personal. Housekeeping smoked in our room. We found cigarettes on the floor. Manager for regulation not available. This hotel is the worst caes. I will never take a Plaza inn. Unbelievable If this is the standard from Expedia I will not booking any more from Experte.

Für eine Nacht ok

Schöner Eingangsbereich,alles sauber, aber etwas veraltete Zimmer. Due Kissen waren viel zu niedrig für unseren Geschmack. Wir hatten 2 Einzelbetten gebucht, aber ein Doppelbett bekommen. Am störendsten war aber der Geruch. Als ob die Toilette gerade desinfiziert wurde, aber der Geruch hielt sich die ganze Nacht lang. Für eine Nacht war es ok.

Das Zimmer war ok, im Bad roch es nach Nikotin obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer. Das Housekeeping hat es versucht zu beseitigen, war aber nur bedingt erfolgreich. Frühstück am Sonntag war überfüllt und das Personal kam nicht mit dem Ansturm zurecht… sehr schade

Parking draußen auf der Strasse gehört zum Hotel und war zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts im November 2024 kostenlos. Check in und out problemlos und sehr schnell. Ein minus für uns ist gewesen Check in nur bis 23:00. Früstück sehr reichlich. Kafe war sehr gut. Personal sehr aufmerksam und bemüht.

Leider war die Sauna angeblich wegen technischer Probleme gesperrt. Bei der Dusche lief das Wasser leider nicht ab. Beim Frühstück war kaum noch ein Platz frei weil alles voll war mit gebrauchten Tellern. Obwohl zwei Kaffeeautomaten da waren hat nur einer funktioniert, daher war eine riesen Schlange. Alles in allem für den Preis leider unterirdisch
