Very nice condo! We regret not seeing where we were supposed to bring our own bedding so we are disappointed in having to wash it before leaving but we will know for next time. As an electrician is here he sees a few issues that should be addressed... Ceiling fan switch, fire alarm in bedroom, bathroom light and garage overhead door. The pool staff were so nice to use we really enjoyed it here! Thank you

We had a wonderful time! Will be booking here again. The condo is very well maintained, and it is so welcoming and homey. The community is quiet, and everyone was friendly. While we didn't need to use anything, I still appreciate that the owners have and are willing to share some just-in-case items. Just getting home from our weekend stay and already checking availability for next time!

The property itself was really nice, located in a quiet community. the bedroom set up is ideal for keeping kiddos out of earshot during quiet hours and the screened in porch was great for hanging out. lots of space in the bedrooms and common areas, kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils, flatware and cookware. the unit is downstairs, but we heard little to no noise from the unit above us. located nearby shopping areas and a great place for an afternoon walk.

The property was located in a terrific location and was spacious but there were three issues that would make me look elsewhere should I return: 1. Guests are required to launder all sheets & towels before checking out at 11:00 AM (or bring your own). I have stayed at several short term rentals and have never had this be part of the deal. What if a person is coming from far? What if they have a plane to catch early on the last morning of their stay? What is the cleaning fee for? 2. We needed to contact the host about a couple of issues (no working lamp in the main bedroom, the ice maker was not working, etc.) and the host response time was not quick. 3. No hair dryer provided? Even hotels provide this.

Lovely stay in Bethany Bay Community!

Very Nice stay on ground level condo, check in was a breeze, great communication and easy access to community pool! Loved the nature that we frequently saw as well!

Great location, clean, but needs some upgrades.

The location is good, about 15 minutes from the beach. Golf course and pool access which is very nice/convenient. The residence could use some upgrades as the TV in the living room was very slow, dryer and pull out couch did not work. Both items were reported and hopefully fixed in the near future. Other then that cute property!

Excellent Rental

Having never stayed here, we weren't sure what we were getting. Once we stepped in the condo, we were blown away. Very clean and just as the description said. The queen bed was very comfortable, the living furniture very comfortable. We were very pleased. My only small recommendation to the owners would be more lighting in the living room. Having just one overhead light that was dim at best did not give adequate lighting to read by. Other than that we will most definitely come back!

Great stay

Beautiful, well-kept condo in a nice community. The condo itself looked better than the photos with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The location was great - close enough to the beach but far away from the chaos. The community has golf, pool/hot tub, playground and a large walking trail. Good communication with the property owner. Will stay here again next summer!

Basic place with a good view

The location of the property is the best part about the place. There is also a pretty view of the bay! If you don’t mind washing linens and towels in a small washer/dryer the morning before you go, then this place is for you. Not only wash and dry, but fold them and put them away. I recommend bringing your own linens and towels, wish I would have known that ahead of time. Also, they ask you to collect all your trash and throw it away yourself. The information package they provided wasn’t exactly up to date. They had beach chairs but the umbrella was missing. The dishwasher was also full from the previous guest and we had to unload it. All in all, we had a good time.
