OVERVIEW: Two-story single-family home just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The ground level features an open living area, powder room, dining space, and kitchen. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a full hall bath. A sleeper sofa allows the home to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Park your car for the week and enjoy walking or biking everywhere!
LOCATION: Only 1.5 blocks to the beach. Just park and walk!
PARKING: Off-street parking for one car. Walk to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, or take a short drive to the tax-free Tanger Outlets.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, central AC, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Wi-Fi for streaming services only (no cable). Linens are not supplied, but rental packages are available. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. Our stay at our Rehoboth Beach house was wonderful!! The house was clean and was so equipped with everything we could possibly need!! They even had children's toys and books that our granddaughter so enjoyed!! We would so enjoy staying here again!!

Cleanliness, charm, convenience all in one

Lots of nice personal touches in this property, but even more impressive is the well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and floor plan, plus location that's super convenient to beach and boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable house in a perfect location

The property was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything a family could need, including games and toys for kids. The location is perfect for proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants. The outdoor shower was a great feature.

A gem close to town and beach

Very nicely appointed and well equipped. Lots of nice touches for kids and adults. The location is just right. Close to beach, boardwalk and downtown. We parked the car (on site) and never had to use it all week. We would definitely stay here again.

Rehobeth vacation in the fall

Yearly we go to Rehobeth for the annual Dog Fish run. My wife, myself, daughter, son and his two young children stayed as well. The house we stayed at fit us comfortable, was very clean, had the amenities needed and was in close walking distance to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful layout for grandkids

Having one long room downstairs made watching my 14mo twins easy. Loved the close location to the mile long boardwalk. We took full advantage for our daily walks. Great variety of shops, eating establishments in walking distance.

Relaxing week in Rehoboth

Very convenient location for accessing the beach, the boardwalk, and Rehoboth Ave. The outdoor shower could almost be considered another bathroom. House was very clean and orderly. The kitchen had the most cooking equipment I've ever experienced in a rental. We'd definitely stay again.

Annual family trip

This is our 4th summer stay and we were really looking forward to having a single home to ourselves versus the prior years where we had an apartment or a house above a restaurant. It was excellent! Very very clean home, outdoor shower is very nice, easy to find, excellent location, and we even got to meet the owners who were very friendly as well! We highly recommend this house and we look forward to staying there again!

Great Stay, Pictures Don't do it justice

Stayed here with family and in-laws. We parked on Monday and didn't touch the car until Friday. It was so convenient to get to the beach, restaurants, Funland, and everything else. Just off the beach far enough that it's still quiet. Accommodations were great. Pics make it look smaller than what it is.

Comfortable relaxing stay

The property was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings were in good condition and we enjoyed sitting in the comfy living room relaxing. About 2 blocks from the boardwalk, you can see the ocean when you step outside. Shower stall is a little tight, but functional. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, flatware, pans, etc. We would stay here again.
