You will love everything about this vacation rental in the Versailles neighborhood of Eagles Landing; approx. 1 mile to the beautiful beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops of Rehoboth Beach. This 2-story luxury townhouse is newly renovated and beautifully appointed and furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and high-end appliances. Lovely home boasts 2 living areas and the comfortable bedrooms: there is a king bed in the master suite with en-suite bath and walk-in closet, plus two additional guest bedrooms, each with queen beds with spacious closets. There is a hall bath upstairs to share among the two guest bedrooms. For your convenience there is a brand new washer and dryer, plus desks and desk chairs, and luggage racks in each bedroom. Your Rehoboth Beach vacation is made effortless with thoughtful beach house amenities including beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. Two dedicated parking spaces come with the property, plus a Rehoboth Beach parking permit for free parking downtown and at the beach. If you just want to "chill" in the neighborhood, the community offers resort-style features including three pools, two tennis courts, and a pickleball court for active afternoons. For guests with electric vehicles, multiple EV charging stations are available throughout the Eagles Landing community. As this is a new listing, you will have your pick of the upcoming summer weeks if you book quickly! No Pets or Smoking Please!
Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

A decent place with some amenities

The property was reasonably described in the listing. On the positive, the townhome is a 10-12 minute drive from the beach and it comes with a Rehoboth Beach pass which makes things quite easy for parking. It also comes with a pool pass and there are two pools nearby, which we enjoyed. The place was clean. However, there were a number of things that needed repair, including a shade down that made one room hard to sleep in, a towel rack pulled out of the wall, and a few other things. Also, the townhome is not well equipped for even simple cooking: no colander for pasta, no vegetable peeler, no whisk for eggs. Scott was a very good communicator, and that helped. As some reviews mentioned, you are a 3-minute walk from Big Fish Grill and Market. Great for either dining in or take-out food. Being right by Coastal Highway has its pluses and minuses.

Comfort and convenience

The house is just as it is pictured. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe. The access to the pool was fantastic and a short walk across the street. There seemed to be someone there each day maintaining the pool and surrounding area. We appreciated the umbrella to use so we didn't have to rent one each day at the beach. The layout of the house is perfect especially having younger children. Access to the beach was quick.. no more than 15 min drive for us depending on traffic. You can walk to the big fish grill restaurant in less than 10 min. If we come back to Rehoboth we would stay here again!

Love this place!

Love the house, location, neighborhood feel of the rental. So close to everything but yet private and safe! Several things didn’t work like ceiling fans, fireplace, bikes were not useable due to rust. Previous tenant left a lot of alcohol, blinds broken in master bath, spindle on or steps broken. Sounds like a lot, but all just minor fixes. We had a great time! Would recommend!

Wonderful stay

What a great property! This townhome was a great choice for our family of four. Our two small children had their own rooms and the neighborhood was so quiet, allowing us to recharge for the next day. Access to the pools was amazing - our boys preferred that over the beach most days! Though I was originally concerned about needing to drive to the ocean, it turned out to be a quick 5 minute trip down the road and was very accessible. Great choice if you’re considering a trip to Rehoboth!

The location of this townhome was ideal. Just minutes to Rehoboth beach and access to great shopping and restaurants on Coastal Highway. Access to the pool was great. We liked that we could escape to a quiet place after being at the beach and shops on Rehobeth Ave. We seemed to get lucky parking on Rehoboth Avenue each day, even though traffic was very busy for the 4th of July. The townhome was equip with everything you needed and it was great to have the space for the 5 of us. We would definitely stay at this townhome again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Rehoboth beach

This place was perfect for our family! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The townhome was very spacious, so we never felt like we were crammed inside the house. The pools on the property were in walking distance and the beach was only a 5 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Space

It was a pleasure staying at this condo. The space is quite relaxed and homey, the decor welcoming and the grounds quiet and peaceful. The owner responded to questions promptly. It is centrally located to area attractions and we were able to walk to a few restaurants and cafes. I walked to the boardwalk ( about 20 mins) though my friends preferred to drive. The only challenge was crossing the Route 1. I highly recommend this space if your choice is to be close enough to the action but relish peace and quiet after a day of activities.

This is a well appointed, comfortable home. There was plenty of room for our family of six. Having beach chairs and an umbrella was an added bonus. The property and pool are beautiful and well maintained. Two minor issues for us: no drawer space for clothing and no outside hose for getting rid of sand. Overall, a great place to stay!

My family and I have been staying in Dewey Beach for years. This was the first time we stayed in Rehoboth. This property is a great location to restaurants, stores, beaches, ect. Scott was extremely informative and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend this property!
