While getting ready to step onto the elevator a cable snapped. It was quite loud and scary. Then the lights blinked and the doors closed. The other elevator was not available either so we walked down 3 flights of steps, reported to the evening attendant who called in an elevator repair person. She didn’t ask if we were okay but at least they for repairs immediately.

Happy in Delaware.

Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with enough electronic ports to satisfy a family with three teenage kids! Lovely lobby area which created a family friendly atmosphere that even the guest acted like we were all one family. I will definitely use this hotel chain.
