Never checked in, got into town early, no one was there. Around 1:30, housekeeping was leaving and said someone would be back in a few minutes. Buried in the terms, says no one will be there till 3:00. Saw that after checking into another hotel.

Staff was friendly. Room is huge. Gas fireplace was nice to have in the evening when the temperature dropped. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shop within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is lovely. The room and the bathroom were large and the decor was very nice and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be returning back to Lewes in the spring and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise – we absolutely loved our stay! We arrived later in the evening and were warmly welcomed, which set a great tone right away. The happy hour with a glass of wine was a lovely touch. We were in town for a wedding and found the location perfect. The rooms were very clean and had a cozy, intimate feel. I especially loved the soft blue lighting throughout the hotel – it created such a relaxing atmosphere. The fireplace in our room added a warm, inviting touch as well. The only downside was that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and a full-size mattress would’ve been nicer if it were a bit larger. However, the pillows were great! The rooftop pool offered a beautiful view of the town and was very clean. We were able to walk to beach, & the town for breakfast, and there was a restaurant conveniently located right across the street for dinner. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be staying here again!

Great Lewes Hotel

Hotel Blue is a wonderful gem located a 2 minute stroll from town and very quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Roof deck is a great place to relax or dip in the (small) pool. Happy hour wine on Fridays and Saturdays was a welcome addition to the services.
