The property was nice, the area was nice, but the Saturday night we stay was horrible based on the lack of control the staff had in dealing with the large group partying out of control, yelling and slamming doors which prevented people from going to sleep. The staff would not move our room nor did they comprehend why we were complaining about the noise. The morning staff commented about the multiple customer complains from the night before.

Best Stay at the Beach

Vanessa in the breakfast bar is so kind and really helpful. The front office manager Jamie was so polite as well. The weekend we stayed we had about ten children in total between both rooms. Not once were they rude or complained. Rather they continued to check on us, kept and smile and interacted with us constantly. I truly appreciated that! I loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the stovetop was a lifesaver to cook.

A little too wet and chilly

The thermostat in the room would change constantly no matter what we tried. When we arrived the room was a chilly 62º - I set it to 70º but within a few hours it switched back to 62º. This happened both nights no matter what I selected - I tried HOLD and it still would go back to 62º... Very frustrating! Additionally we were put in a handicapped room -which would not be an issue although the shower water ran all over the bathroom floor. We needed to use our towels to sop up the floor - poor design.

Highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice and well equipped the hotel suite was and also pleasantly surprised with the breakfast that was included. It was definitely the best breakfast we’ve had with a hotel stay. Would highly recommend to anyone!
