Enjoy this beautifully renovated fantastic getaway in the heart of Rehoboth Beach.

Just steps from the ocean and boardwalk with outstanding ocean views.

This renovated two level condo unit is less than a half a block from the ocean and can sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy all the pleasures of modern amenities and spacious living that this oasis offers, including gourmet kitchen, flat screen TVs, and community pool.

Enter into the unit with one bedroom, full hallway bath, Kitchen, Living and Dining Great Room on the First Floor,. There is a outdoor deck on this level. The second floor consists of Two Bedrooms (Queen mattress and two twins replaced in 2023) and Two Bathrooms.

Parking included for two cars on site! One Rehoboth Beach parking permit for non metered space as well!

Community pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. BBQ Grill is located in the common area with picnic tables.

Nice Place

Good stay. Weird set up, kitchen was not well stocked with pans or pots. So that was hard to work with. Only a keurig coffee maker, would have been nice to know that ahead of time, had to go buy a coffee pot. Told us to bring comforters due to covid but they were there already, so wasted space in our car. Beds are very uncomfortable. So just be warned ! Place was nice location and nice community. Can’t beat being right by the boardwalk.

Absolutely great location. Steps from the beach. Just a few blocks from the restaurant and shops. Quiet area. We were not overly impressed with the condo itself. Was not clean. We had to clean the floors and wash rugs upon arrival. Poor quality furniture.

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect for a week at the beach. It was super close to boardwalk and easy beach access. We were 3 adults and 3 kids and it never felt crowded. The kitchen was small & and not a lot of counter space so just note that if you are planning to cook a lot. We would absolutely stay here again!!!! Plus, Bobby at the rental agency was fantastic to deal with, especially during the Covid situation. I would highly recommend!
