This Oceanfront colorful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is on the 2nd floor of Star of the Sea. Queen size sofa sleeper queen size bed in the main bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun Park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views. RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $120.00 CLEANING FEE 2.8% credit card surcharge for payments made by credit cards. Linens sheets, towels and blankets are not included.
During the off season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units.
