Welcome to 217 Country Club, #106 in Scarborough Village! This updated, renovated, and pet-friendly townhouse offers a comfortable coastal retreat with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and sleep space for up to six guests thanks to a queen sleeper sofa. The main level features an open floor plan with tile flooring, a dining area, and a well-stocked kitchen for home chefs, plus a large flat-screen TV with extended cable and free Wi-Fi. Step out to the rear patio to enjoy beautifully manicured grounds, brand-new outdoor dining furniture, and a gas grill—perfect for relaxed meals after a day at the beach. Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to two spacious bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for families or friends traveling together. Scarborough Village is a charming, beautifully landscaped community tucked just off Rehoboth Avenue, known for its peaceful, residential feel while still being right in the center of everything. The community offers a large saltwater pool, mature trees, and walkable streets, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the area without needing to drive. You're only four blocks from the beach and iconic boardwalk, and just minutes from top-rated restaurants, tax-free shopping, and nearby playgrounds—so you can truly park once and walk everywhere during your stay. Two assigned parking spots are included. Additional amenities include ceiling fans, keyless entry via electronic keypad for easy check-in, and dog-friendly accommodations (up to two dogs with a pet fee and breed restrictions). This home rents Friday to Friday. No smoking. Linens are not provided, but a linen rental package is available; each bed includes pillows, mattress pads, and a blanket. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. Within walking distance of the water front. Check in was easy. Nice and quiet residential area. Only complaint was one person had a little difficulty with the spiral staircase. The upstairs bedrooms had their own bathroom. And downstairs had a half bath. Good communication with the host.

Wonderful August Getaway

For a place that takes pets, this is one of the nicest places we've stayed in a while. The kitchen was well-stocked with everyday necessities which made cooking a breeze. The townhouse was comfortably and nicely furnished. Location was amazing - you are steps aways from everything - and there's a parking pass to help you park closer to the beach. Pool was great, too, and close. Even the second parking space - while not immediately available in front of the townhome - is just a short walk away in second lot. Our family and dogs had a wonderful time here - beds were a little firm for our liking - but overall, we loved it here!

We had a great stay at Scarborough. The pool was wonderful as we had a super hot week. We were provided with an accurate description of our condo. We were happy that this was a pet friendly condo as we had a family dog with us. Very comfortable stay and I would recommend!

Great location and property

The house was very clean and the property was well maintained. The furniture was in good shape and the kitchen had everything you need to cook/eat while staying there. Everything was in great condition! It was quiet and comfortable for our family of 4. The pool is fantastic too! Walkable to the beach or shops/restaurants. We parked the car when we arrived and only moved it to go check out Cape Henlopen (about a 25 minute drive away).

Great location and nice place

Contract indicates there are two off street parking places but not at this set of condos (102 and 106 only have one space). Plus with an 11 yo and 15 yo, it's inconvenient to have them sleep in the main living space (fold out couch). Otherwise the location and property are great for 4 people (and one car). We would love to stay in the same block again at a place with more beds for kids. Very nice place!

Great location near Rehoboth

The checkin was quick and easy. The unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items. We walked to the beach in 10 minutes and all the shopping and restaurants along the way. The neighborhood was quiet and very clean for our dog walks.

Nice place

The home is nice. Like the other reviews said the spiral staircase was a little scary for our dogs. One of my family members thought the bathrooms had a strange smell but I didn’t notice it. Cute neighborhood and walkable to Rehoboth Ave.

Great Location

Great location, 4-5 blocks to the beach and 1 block to shopping!! Great townhouse just bring your supplies. Our dog was not crazy about the spiral stairs and would not go upstairs. All in all it was a great mini vacation, we would definitely stay here again!!

Great Beach House

Great location, great layout. Everything is so close, but quiet retreat as needed. The beach was an easy walk, lots of food nearby. The area is practicing good COVID precautions. We loved everything except the spiral staircase, our dog was not a fan! We will be back!
