Good hotel

Great location on side street, very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Excellent service. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very limited without hot options. Lady on front desk was very polite and was able to check me in a bit earlier. I would recommend that hotel.

Walkability to shops, beach & restaurant was great. Pool was not clean, safe did not work (maintenance was able to replace the door), bathtub was very slippery & had no grab bars or a mat. When I told the lady at the front desk about how slippery the tub was, her response was that the hotel is old & only handicap rooms have grab bars in the tub. She told me I should have called to the office to request a bath mat. We were underwhelmed by the property.

Great time

We had a great time. The staff was very friendly, Ms. Debbie was so sweet at the front my kids were calling her auntie after 1 day. Rooms were clean, we did not do the continental breakfast and the pool and walking distance to the beach were great

Room was big and clean, all staff were friendly and helpful when we needed some. Was a beautiful weekend and it got full quick making parking a little more difficult, but always had a spot. Will definitely go back soon!

Easter weekend trip

We came down for Easter to just get away. We've stayed here before, many times, and it never disappoints. We always try to stay here and only ever deviate if they don't have vacancy. It's always clean, safe, and in a great location.

Check in was 4, I arrived at 4 and my room wasnt ready. Construction vehicles in the way of garage so couldnt park, garage is very tight especially if someone doesn't park right. Was told I could check out early morning as staff would be available, had to wait for close to 15 mins for staff to arrive to just take my room keys. Should have a check out box that people can drop keys in

Not What I Expected

Getting to the hotel was an experience all it's own, but parking should be noted: there is very limited parking and the underground parking is loud and full of debris from work being done on... something? We weren't sure what, but getting in and out of the parking garage was kind of a nightmare. The hotel room was clearly meant for a family, but we were just two people. The layout isn't at all what we expected and we were given beds in a tiny shoved away room that had a long hallway to a seating area and pull out sofa. The room felt a little dingy and the beds were terrible, leaving me with a bad crick in my neck and somehow, barely managed to sleep. My SO was looking forward to the large tub, but it only offered a shower feature which left her saying BETRAYL all night. The bathroom wasn't very put together and looks like it had a large crack running along the side of the tub where the caulking went. The pictures of the hotel and rooms and the actual reality are very different. Maybe it was just the hotel room *I* was given, but I definitely won't be coming back here again. Not for 170/night. (In my defense: I forgot it was easter this weekend) To conclude: I don't normally write bad reviews and please understand the staff was lovely, but I was led to believe one thing then given something completely different.

Overall Breakers is a older hotel, but it does cover all the basics. The rooms are small and housekeeping is on upon request. I wish their breakfast had more options. Fruit or anything fresh. options were better. It is a gret
