The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful. This is an excellent location. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast is always great. My favorite place to stay in Rehoboth.

The property is located a few minutes walk from the Rehoboth Beach Convention. It is also close to a wide range of dining options and a short drive to lots of discount outlet stores. Parking was plentiful at the hotel. The staff were friendly. I plan to stay at the hotel again next Fall. The only thing I didn't like at the hotel is that they don't offer the usual hot items (eg egss, sausage, bacon, waffles, etc.) as part of their breakfast like other hotels do such as the Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, etc. They used to include those items but apparently stopped doing that in January..

When we realized we were at the furthest room from the elevator, we requested something closer. I was told that there wasn’t anything available. Even though we were there over an hour before check in. And other people in my family hadn’t yet checked in and had a closer room than we did. As did other people whom I myself witnessed going into they’re room. I was told by a second person after my 3rd trip down to the desk, that they could not move us because our room was now “dirty” and they had no one to clean it! This was my worst experience dealing with customer service and a supervisor in my life!

Perfect location

Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Walkable to beach, restaurants and shopping. Nice free breakfast.

Breakers is a great hotel for pricing and closeness to all of the attractions at Rehoboth Beach. Staff is always friendly and so accommodating. Go to place to stay!
