The cosy apartment 2 in Haus Böhler is located on the idyllic island of Reichenau in the western part of Lake Constance, just a few metres from the shore. The 80 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and an additional toilet and thus offers space for 4 persons. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby bed and a high chair. On the private, open terrace you can have a coffee in the morning while overlooking the lake, and the common garden area directly on the lake invites you to have breakfast, relax on the deck chairs or spend the evenings with food from the barbecue and a wonderful view of the water. The marina, which is a 24-minute walk (2 km) away, also offers a children's playground and a restaurant. A fish restaurant is even closer, only 50 m from the apartment. The nearest beach, the Strandbad Reichenau, is 17 minutes walk (1.4 km) away, and several supermarkets are 2.8 km or 7 minutes by car from the apartment. The pretty seaside town of Konstanz is 18 minutes by car (12 km), but you can also get there by bus in 25 minutes; the bus stop is next to the museum, 25 minutes on foot or 2 km from the apartment.



They sleep on a pull-out couch and a chair in the bedroom (maximum capacity: 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years).
