A spacious 240 square metres of living area provides plenty of space and comfort for up to eight guests. The luxurious, open-concept kitchen with a bar counter and large dining table is located on the first floor. Large sliding doors lead out to the sunny terrace and into the garden. The spacious living room on the upper floor, which also features large sliding doors leading to the wraparound balcony, offers plenty of cozy seating, a large fireplace with a hearth bench, and impresses with its soaring ceilings and exposed roof beams. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a guest restroom are distributed across the two floors of the vacation chalet. The spacious and luxurious amenities are rounded out by a large Finnish sauna on the upper floor, a double garage with a wall-mounted charging station, and underfloor heating supplied by the local geothermal heating plant.

Reit im Winkl has a long tradition as a winter sports destination. This snow-sure resort offers over 200 km of classic cross-country and skating trails. The trailhead in the valley is just a few steps away from Chalet Unterberg21. The same applies in the summer to the starting points for the numerous hiking trails or the varied mountain bike and e-bike routes.
