As you enter through the foyer you'll find the comfortable living room with a fireplace, an office/den and the spacious open dining/kitchen with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances. The back door opens to a laundry/mud room with powder room. Upstairs, the house features three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Off the kitchen, French doors lead to the garden which consists of a patio with frontgate furnishings, outdoor grill, firepit, vegetable garden and a fenced inground pool with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the sun. Your own Hamptons sanctuary! The adjacent pool house has lots of space, kitchenette & full bath. Plus a brand new outdoor shower. Easy access to Main Street Westhampton Beach, plenty of shopping and restaurants, as well as, the LIRR and Jitney stops. Less then 10 min to Rogers Beach and Southampton Town beaches. This beautiful property is a fantastic summer retreat!
