Welcome to our beautiful T4 apartment, a place of relaxation and comfort where you can enjoy a pleasant stay while respecting the peace of the neighborhood. To ensure the tranquility and well-being of all our guests, we have implemented a Roomonitor system. It alerts us in case of excessive noise or if tobacco smoke is detected, thus guaranteeing a serene environment for everyone. Please note that organizing parties or smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Located on the 2nd floor of a modern building with an elevator, this spacious and bright apartment features a fully equipped kitchen open to a friendly living room. Enjoy a large living area with a TV for your relaxation moments, and a dining table perfect for family or friends meals. The large balcony offers a beautiful view for your outdoor relaxation time.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds (160x190 cm) for maximum comfort, and an additional bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Each bedroom has its own adjoining private bathroom for complete privacy.

We provide bed linens and towels to ensure a practical and comfortable stay.

We also want to offer you little extras for an even more enjoyable stay: coffee is available, as well as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap, so you can feel at home right upon arrival.

We’ve thought of everything to ensure you have a peaceful stay in a calm and comfortable setting. Come and enjoy this warm and perfectly arranged space, in a pleasant and quiet environment!

No parking included in the rental of the accommodation but possibility to park on the street.

- By car: 15 minutes
