Cocoonr is pleased to present this cosy 36m² flat for rent in Rennes, situated in the heart of the historic centre, within the city’s most beautiful tree-lined courtyard, in the peaceful setting of a charming 17th-century residence listed as a historic monument. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), Ty Cocon can accommodate up to 2 people for a business trip or a holiday in Rennes. Its contemporary and cosy décor blends perfectly with the history of the building.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An entrance hall with a separate toilet
- A living area with a TV, dining area and sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, hob, washing machine…

Great location but…

The mattress in the bedroom HAS to be changed, very unconfortable. It is a very old building so be aware that it is crooked but you are in the center of Rennes.

Even though there was a fee for cleaning, we were asked to take out garbage. We had to search for trash cans outside. That wasn't very pleasant and there were some problems with wifi in the beginning. Overall I liked the place."

Une légère odeur désagréable dans les toilettes et des escaliers qui pourraient être nettoyés plus fréquemment. La porte de la salle d'eau se coince également. Cependant, l'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité des transports et dans un endroit calme.

Un appartement bien situé dans un cadre architectural typique

Appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut. Néanmoins plus petit en vrai qu'il n'y parait sur les photos. Très belle cour et bien situé dans le centre ancien. Pas de stationnement gratuit à proximité (au moins min à pieds). Pour info pour ceux que ça dérangerait, pas de volets aux fenêtre (juste un rideau occultant dans la chambre. J'avais répondu à la question posée que le canapé lit soit fait à l'arrivée, mais ce n'était pas le cas, insistez bien si tel est votre souhait.

Sejour a rennes

Super séjour. L'appartement est tres bien placé dans Rennes. Il faut monter 2 etages pour y accéder dans un escalier un peu etroit donc pas facile avec une grosse valise, mais le lieu est atypique. Heureusement nous avons croisé les voisins qui sortaient et nous on donner le code de la porte car nous avions le mauvais. L'appartement est sympa. La vaisselle n'était pas tres propre.

Petit séjour pour découvrir Rennes et ses alentours

Appartement très bien situé, au calme en plein cœur de la vieille ville, et proche du parking souterrain. Malheureusement le ménage avait été négligé ( vaisselle sale, moisissure dans la salle de bain), et mauvaise surprise: du mobilier et la TV étaient cassés. A cela rajoutons la vétusté des toilettes ( l’angoisse de les voir se boucher….) , ce qui rend une impression globale assez décevante.

Parken in der Tiefgarage ""Parking des Lices"" in ca. 200 m Entfernung, bewacht und (Achtung) nachts verschlossen, 35,- € für eine volle Woche rein-und-raus wie man will. Die Unterkunft zu betreten ist ein bisschen wie der Besuch eines Dornröschenschlosses. Seeehr sehr romantisch! Und ruhig. 🙁 In weitem Umkreis nur ein einziger, überteuerter Späti. Massen an Restaurants, Cafés, Bars etc., aber kein Supermarkt."

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Rennes

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Zwar haben wir nicht selbst gekocht, aber die Küche sehr sehr funktionstüchtig aus. Die Betten waren etwas hart aber trotzdem gemütlich und die Große der Zimmer war angemessen. Leider war das Geschirr nicht komplett sauber und auch das Sofa hat flecken, sowie nicht alles ordentlich abgewischt vorzufinden war. Die Lage ist hingegen hervorragend alles kann zur Fuß erreicht werden, aber es ist nicht laut, da die Fenster zum Innenhof hin sind. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen!

Calme et en plein centre!

Location très bien placée, et rue très calme. Parfait pour un petit séjour! Néanmoins à certains endroits la poussière n'était pas très bien faite (sous les meubles)... et il y a également quelques problèmes avec la chasse d'eau des toilettes.

Ty Cocon "レンヌの旧市街の中の、歴史的建物にすばらしいコスパで滞在できた 🙂 鍵の受け渡しの為に、スタッフと待ち合わせなければならないので、雨が降っていたら入り口の前で待っていなければならないのかと心配でしたが、スタッフが私の時間の都合に合わせてくれて、待たずに済みました。部屋を掃除し、鍵を担当しているスタッフたちは、学生さんのようにみえましたが、皆さんとても親切で、部屋の手入れも一生懸命してくださっていました。 旧市街の中の建物なので、古いですが丁寧に管理されていて快適な滞在ができました。3週間の滞在でしたが、近くにおいしいパン屋、レストランがあり、少し歩けば市場やショッピングモールもあり、とても立地条件の良いところで助かりました。"
