Fabulous location to walk everywhere
We were met at the door for the key handover which was great. This apartment is well located very close to the railway station and within walking district of the old city of Rennes. We had a car as we were travelling around Brittany & Normandy so parking for free was a little tricky but we managed for our entire stay.
The only draw back was the flight of steps from the lift which only went to the 6th floor up to the attic apartment. We would stay again

Bien placé mais quelques défauts dont toilettes sanibroyeur
Appartement fonctionnel mais sous les toits, pigeons compris et machinerie ascenseur proche d une des chambres
Durant 1 semaine de location à plus de 500 euros en novembre, l agence veut faire visiter l appartement et malgré mon refus se pointe sous un autre prétexte (menus travaux mais ils n avaient qu à les faire hors de ma semaine) sans même un coup de fil avant et je me retrouve devant un gars qui a les clés au moment même où j'allais m absenter. Il serait rentré sans mon accord si j étais pas là ?!! Oui je pense. Bref le comportement de l agence laisse à désirer pour moi. Sinon ça allait et la ville est plutôt sympa
