Only 22 minutes to Skiing and Hiking and Mt. Rose, our home is an ideal Lake Tahoe adventure hub. Enjoy our Espresso machine each morning and clean, comfortable beds each evening.

Welcome to your Nevada home away from home. Conveniently located near the countless restaurants, shops, and other business of South Reno, and only a 22 Minute drive from Mt. Rose, our home makes for an ideal location to enjoy both Reno and Lake Tahoe.

We've designed our home with your family in mind. Our large backyard is perfect for enjoying days BBQing and playing games and taking in views of snow-capped Mt. Rose.

Inside you'll find countless games, including Pool, Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno, and even miniature Air Hockey. One section of the house is dedicated entirely to games, with a bar-like Pool area and game room with French Doors.

Our expansive living room gives you plenty of room to spread out on a plush sectional sofa. Lay by the warm fireplace and watch movies on our smart TV with complimentary Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max.

With an open floor plan, our kitchen is set up for all of our cooking needs. It's complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, crockery, and dishes. You'll find cooking oil, spices, and other essentials taken care of for you. Our coffee car includes an Espresso machine, milk frother, coffee grinder, and french press. You'll enjoy delicious home cooked meals at our dining area right off of the kitchen.

Our Master bedroom is fully appointed with a King bed and luxurious ensuite bath. You'll find a dedicated work space and office chair in case you need to catch up while away, and a crib in case little ones come along.

All of our bedrooms are fully stocked with fresh linens and offer comfortable spaces to get some much needed rest. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen beds, while the 4th bedroom includes one twin and a full over twin bunk bed.

During your stay, you'll have access to the entire house, garage, and backyard.

Our home is yours to use during your stay and you will not be disturbed, but our local team in Reno is just a phone call or message away if you ever need anything or have questions!

Our home is located in Damonte Ranch, one of the safest and most desirable areas of South Reno with a suburban feel.

Blessed with hills, wetlands, and mountains all jam packed next to each other we have some of the best trails and hikes in Reno just outside our front doors here in Damonte Ranch. Ranging from a good place to take the family and stroller to hikes for more seasoned travelers.

Just thirty minutes from Damonte Ranch, Lake Tahoe is home to world class skiing and boarding. Enjoy winter at premier resorts: Squaw Valley USA/Alpine Meadows, Heavenly Ski Resort, Northstar and Mt. Rose.

Located just minutes from Damonte Ranch are a number of incredible golf clubs including Toiyabe Golf Club, Wolf Run Golf Club and Lakeridge Golf Club – home of the iconic 15th hole island green. Whether you’re heading out to play for the first time or paying every week, you won’t be disappointed.

You'll also be close by grocery stores, restaurants, and other convenient amenities.

You can park your cars in our 3 car garage, in the driveway, or on the street for free. Our home is an easy 8 mile drive from the airport and 27 miles from Lake Tahoe. The area is Uber/Lyft friendly for easy transportation.

- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please make sure to fully turn off the BBQ after use
- Jacuzzi/Hot Tub and the Bunk Bed are both used at your own risk and we won't be held liable for any accidents
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
- Check Out is at 11:00am Pacific Time
