A very well-equipped vacation home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a sauna, a fireplace, and a washing machine. An e-bike and electric car charging station via a wallbox provide guests with modern conveniences during their vacation. The lockable bike shed on the fenced-in garden property provides secure storage for e-bikes and e-scooters.

Location of the vacation home:
Just 900 meters away lies the Teufelsschlucht (Devil’s Gorge) on the rugged Baltic Sea coast, and 500 meters further on is the Baltic Sea beach in the center of Rerik, featuring a pier (170 meters long), a promenade, beach playgrounds, and a marina.
In Rerik, wildly romantic cliffs alternate with natural beaches, just as the roaring Baltic Sea surf alternates with the calm waters of the Salzhaff.
The Salzhaff is a shallow, idyllic Baltic Sea bay with boat rentals and a water sports center, making it ideal for beginners in surfing, sailing, and kitesurfing.
Centrally located between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar (34 km) and Rostock (40 km) lies the idyllic, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort of Rerik. The Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn (14 km) and Warnemünde (40 km), as well as the spa town of Bad Doberan (23 km), invite you to take day trips and stroll along the promenade.

The 110 m² vacation home is suitable for up to 6 adults + 1 toddler in a travel crib.
First floor: Living area with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 shower room/toilet, all on one level. 
Upper floor: 2 additional bedrooms, 1 shower room/toilet, and a sauna.
The sun terrace with patio furniture and a parasol invites you to relax.
The entire house is equipped with radiant floor heating. Non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. Allergy-friendly and wheelchair-accessible vacation home.
