Electric gated 1500’ drive down tree lined drive adorned with sweet gums canopying over drive with back drop wall of hundreds of mature evergreen, pine and spruce trees. Drive leads you past a picturesque 2 acre private pond with 12 foot lighted fountain, lush flowering landscaping perfect for pictures of all occasions. Our Eatate sits on 22 beautiful acres of maintained grass, landscape, apple, pear and peach trees. Blue berry bushes and a black walnut grove with tree house for kids to play. Numerous walking Paths through orchard, pines, oaks and more. Our back 12 acres is wooded with walking trails throughout.

Our 5800 sf home has 4 bedrooms upstairs one of which is a master en-suite with large jacuzzi tub for two, smart tv wall mounted tv on bathroom wall for viewing in tub. Master bedroom also has a smart tv wall mounted. Three baths upstairs, every room has beautiful views no matter the season. Very large kitchen for entertaining equipped with nugget ice machine. First floor has main living room with two large leather sofas, and smart tv. Den off kitchen has leather sofa and chair. Library / office has book cases, reading chairs and desk to do work at. Yoga/meditation room with door leading to large wrap around porch and massive deck with pergolas, gazebo and hot tub. Heated Swimming pool off deck. Basement has a large work out area.

Pond is stocked with large mouth bass many over 6lbs , grass carp and bluegill. All fish that are caught we ask that you catch and release. Large dock over looks the pond with outdoor entertainment sofa , patio table and chairs with lighted umbrella for lunch or dinner on the dock.

Basketball hoop on drive for a round of one on one or a game of horse. Two sets of corn hole bags , volley ball net, horseshoes plastic ax throwing games.

Our family goats are on site for viewing while you are staying on the property. They have self feeders and automatic watering feeders. They are Bonnie and Clyde and love interacting from their outdoor pasture play area. You surely will not want to leave this property once you arrive.

Sandy Pines Golf Course is 3 minute drive, 18 hole course with a driving range for you golfers.

Property is a short 1 hour drive from Chicago and is a perfect vacation getaway or location for your next event.
