Steeped in quaint simplicity, Villa Kosta Mare comes with a marvellous free shaped swimming pool of 50 m2 and 1,60m deep and a superb heated outdoor spa whirlpool for 5 guests (2x2 m), right besides it. To make things even better, this residence takes full advantage of the stunning panoramic view of the endless crystal Cretan Sea and offers a heaven of tranquility and privacy! Spend your days by the pool and indulge in the pleasure of sunbathing under the hot sun and of feeling the summer breeze on your skin.

The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, bean bag chairs, pouff, outdoor shower and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long and enjoy the sunset! Also, BBQ facilities are at your disposal, as well as a shaded outdoor dining area! Don’t miss the opportunity to try al fresco dining and share your homemade meals with your loved ones.

Finally, copious outdoor space of 1 acre and lawn covered areas are ideal for the kids to play. The terrace is surrounded by trees and the sound of birds and cicadas compose the summer song you will remember forever.

Interior
Inside Villa Kosta Mare earthy minimalism meets with stylish discreet furnishings and bright coloured walls reflecting the Greek sunlight, where up to 10 guests can be comfortably accommodated in this amazing 5-bedroom Villa. The Villa covers three levels and 210 m2 in total and it has chic and modern decorations, providing all contemporary amenities, that offer a luxurious glare to your holiday accommodation!

Ground Floor
On the ground level of Villa Kosta Mare guests will see a large open plan room, consisted of the first living room and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to pool area and terrace. Modern appliances are at your disposal and cover the needs of even the most demanding guests. Furthermore, two bedrooms, each one with a King Size Bed (1,60X2,00), one of which also opens up to the pool terrace, are located on the ground floor, along with a bathroom that features Hammam facilities for the wellness lovers to enjoy endless hours of relaxation.

First Floor
Accessing the first floor from the outdoor area, you will enter a separate living room with direct access to a veranda equipped with patio furniture, overlooking the pool and offering stunning sea views. A modern fireplace adds a nice touch to the space, while everything you need for your self catered stay is provided for, in the second fully equipped kitchen, for your outmost convenience. A long, wooden, rustic dinner table for the whole family is the ideal area for your breakfast! The spacious open air interiors showcase the ocean horizon and offer a feeling of coziness and total relaxation, that will make you feel right at home. An additional bedroom with a King Size Bed (1,60X2,00) can be found on this level of Villa Kosta Mare, as well as a WC.

Second Floor
A few stairs up, the remaining two bedrooms are located in the last floor of the Villa, with two single beds each. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower and last but not least an extra bathroom with bathtub is available.

What's more, fitness equipment is available for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday…exercise daily using the yoga mat, exercise ball, foam roller, skipping rope and weights.

It’s also worth mentioning that Villa Kosta Mare is also very baby friendly oriented, equipped with all the necessary equipment a family traveling with a baby will need, including: a baby cot, high chair, baby relax, baby bath, stroller, baby monitor, children’s toys, board games, a small pool for children and books, pool inflatables, pool & beach toys, stair gates and socket safety covers.

Also, on the ground floor living room there’s a mini football table available. Guests will also find a ping pong and a basket hoop with basketballs as well as mini soccer goals and footballs in the garden. Finally, only 400 meters away from the Villa there is an entertainment area with a playground, cafe, tavern, basketball field and other facilities where children can play in a beautiful natural environment.

Location Overview:
Villa Kosta Mare is located in Atsipopoulo village, an amazing location, as it is within walking distance to a playground and cafe. Every day amenities can be reached at hand, as a mini market, a fish shop, a taverna and a bakery all located in Atsipopoulo, are just a short drive away (less that 5 minutes).

Atsipopoulo features a convenient location, as it is just 10 minutes away by car from the city of Rethymnon. The village has been also characterized as a traditional settlement of medium cultural value and has a great artistic past.

The sandy beach of Gerani is also very close, 6 minutes away by car, ready to welcome you in its clear blue waters. It's a relatively small beach and it is slightly organised with a few umbrellas, sun beds and taverns, also ideal for snorkeling. Whilst on the beach and some meters south, one should visit the cave of Gerani, one of the most beautiful caves in the island!

Furthermore, 10 minutes away by car, you will find the beach of Episkopi, which is a beautiful, sandy beach with clear blue shallow waters, suitable for families. You will also find taverns and beach bars along the way, absolutely it’s worth visiting.
