Recently renovated 3 bedroom house in the heart of the historical center.

You are more than welcome to experience the Greek hospitality in our recently renovated old town cosy apartment.

It is situated in the heart of the historical centre among many Venetian mansions and Turkish-era mosques. The 16th century Venetian fortress is within 10 minutes walking distance. Also under 5 minutes is the old harbour, the porta Aguora, the Loggia and the Rimondi foundation.

Nearby the house there is a bakery, many restaurants, coffee shops and gelaterias. Across the house there is also a pharmacy, a tobacco shop and many stores with souvenirs.
Within 5minutes walking distance there is also a supermarket.

Under 1 kilometre starts the 5km blue flag organised beach where you can swim, sunbath and cool yourself with iced coffee, several smoothies and fresh juices.

Access to the old town by car is only allowed between 6 am and 11am. Within 5-minute walk there are several private parking areas upon charge. However you can find several parking spaces free of charge.

It can accommodate up to 8 people in three unique bedrooms and a double comfortable sofa bed. There are also 4 smart TV with Netflix in the living room and in each room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dish washer, microwave and a Nespresso machine.
There is also a washing machine for your laundry.

The double bedroom on the groynd floor can be used as a master bedroom with it's own private shower and balcony.

With all respect to the ΑΜΕΑ the house is not suitable for them due to the absence of an elevator. It may not be convenient for very elderly people too.
The house has a steep and narrow staircase entrance.
