This stunning 600 m2 property, rising two storeys, boasts 9 bedrooms & 10,5 bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel, comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests. Amphi Exclusive Residence was designed with relaxation and good times in mind and every interior detail of the awe-inspiring dwelling is meticulously selected and chosen with care.


Ground Floor
Entering the Villa, you are welcomed by a bright open-plan space consoisted of the living room, dining area and kitchen, providing the most beautiful and informal space for late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventures. Four of the bedrooms are also located on this level. More specifically the ground floor boasts:
- Two free-shape sofas, coffee tables and armchairs, allowing you to kick back and enjoy a movie at the 50 HDTV or listen to your favourite music at the Bluetooth speaker. An ethanol fireplace can be used on the more breezy nights if you wish, creating a cosy feeling.
- A fully equipped kitchen with branded buil-in appliances to make meals together with your loved ones.
- A dining table for 14 guests and wine cooler for long nights of home cooked food and deep, roaring laughter.
- An elevator offers effortless moving between the different levels
- A utility room with iron facilities, first aid kit, washing machine and tumble dryer.

All ground floor bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins and individually controlled A/C. Apivita bathroom amenities, bed linen, slippers, bathroom and pool towels are provided for all the guests.

Reaching the first floor the remaining 5 bedrooms await you to offer the long awaited rest you have been dreaming of. In more detail, the bedrooms have as follows:

- Bedroom 8: Master bedroom with 1,60 x 2,00, 32 smart TV, safe and wardrobe. The bedroom opens up to a private veranda boasting a 6-seater hot tub and lounging area.
These bedrooms all have their own private balcony, enjoying the amazing views of the sea, surrounding area and mountains.
- Bedroom 9: Attic with 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00), 28 smart TV and wardrobe.

The lower floor of the impeccable Amphi Exclusive Residence is an area designed for recreation, exercise and amazing family moments! Divided into several different areas the lower floor offers:

With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, youre unlikely to venture too far afield. Amphi Exclusive Residence is settled within a beautifully landscaped area, enjoying wonderful panoramic views and complemented by the intoxicating fragrances of the plants and flowers that surround it. The exterior offers a selection of facilities which include:
- A 160 m2 private swimming pool (0,37- 1,50 m. deep) with a bespoke sensory in-pool sound system, swim-up loungers, and step access. The pool area is equipped with a poolside shower, comfy sun beds, and umbrellas. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge.
- A dining area for 14 guests on the ground floor veranda, under the shade of the pergola, with an outdoor sink, the ideal spot for your breakfast or afternoon coffee.
- ?utdoor sitting/dining area for 22 guests under the natural shade of the mulberry trees, which is perfect to escape the summer heat and try al fresco dining.
- Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with 2 fridges, stove, dishwasher and sink for celebrated dining. Special equipment for "antikristo" is also available, if you wish to try this local specialty. Alternatively, it can be used as a charcoal grill for your homemade meals.
- Let children roam free in the garden, play a ping pong game, explore the cute toys of the outdoor playground by the main entrance or just run around in the 500 m2 lawn-covered area and have the time of their lives.
- There is free secured parking space inside the Villas premises for 6 cars.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.

We can assist you with special wedding incentives for your event at our private chapel, giving you a taste of a regional-style wedding in Crete for the most memorable day of your life. Also, 2 outdoors bathrooms are also available and can be used in such events for your guests.
