The pool and the beach
The private saltwater pool is 150 m² and 2 m deep. The villa has direct access to the beach, and beach equipment is provided. Sunloungers and outdoor furniture are set up outside.

At 95 m², Villa Pueblo is the largest of the five Thalasses Villas. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, and the whole home is on one level with no stairs.

The villa sits on a 3,500 m² estate in Pigianos Kampos, with a garden, an outdoor dining area and an outdoor grill with barbecue utensils. Cafes are about 650 m away and a supermarket about 950 m.

Guests have the whole villa to themselves: the three bedrooms and bathrooms, the living area and kitchen, the private pool, the garden and the outdoor dining area, with direct access to the beach. The villa has a private entrance, and there is free parking on the premises, shared by the five villas. Shared with the other villas of the estate: the beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas, the outdoor playground, the vegetable garden, the breakfast area and the parking.

Keys are handed over at the Thalasses Villas reception, open daily 07:00–23:00. If you will arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it.

Villa Pueblo is one of the five Thalasses Villas in Pigianos Kampos, set right on the beach in a quiet, secluded spot. Cafes are about 650 m away, a supermarket about 950 m and a pharmacy about 1.4 km. A doctor is about 3 km away, and the nearest sights are about 15 km away.

The villa is reached by car and is very close to the national road. Heraklion airport is approx. 72.8 km away and Chania airport approx. 77.4 km. Chania port is approx. 61.2 km and Heraklion port approx. 73.5 km.

Parking: free parking on the premises, shared by the five villas.

Good to know before booking:
· The saltwater pool is 2 m deep, so non-swimmers and anyone unsure in the water should take care. Children must be supervised at the pool at all times, and no glass is allowed by the pool.
· The home is all on one level with no stairs.
· Quiet hours are 14:00–18:00 and 23:00–08:00.
· Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
· No parties or events, and pets are not allowed.
· Maximum 6 guests; unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted. A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in.
· Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Keys are collected at the Thalasses Villas reception.
