Just 9 km from the Baltic Sea is the beautiful village of Glashagen Ausbau at the end of a narrow road. The nearest shopping centre is in Bad Doberan, 4 km away. To make it easier to find us: the village is signposted as Kunstort Glashagen on all access roads.

The beautiful, 53 square metre two-room flat (partially renovated in 2025) for non-smokers is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via an outside staircase. It offers space for 2 people and a small child under 2 years old. The spacious living and cooking area is accessed via a 20 square metre terrace. The flat has:- 1 large living room with integrated kitchen (cooker, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and fridge and other standard kitchen appliances). The living area is furnished with a large dining table, sofa, smart TV and WiFi.- 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, - 1 bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. Attention: The high terrace cannot be used in any way after 10 pm due to noise pollution. We urge you to comply with this point of the house rules. Smokers are requested to use the smoking area with seating 15 metres away from 10 pm. So that the flat is not overloaded, some equipment, such as hoover - fan - etc. are stored separately. Ask us, so it will be provided immediately.

The property includes a pottery, a tea house and a large park with the works of 70 artists and Germany's largest stone circle. You will also find other artistic workshops and a practice for alternative healing methods in the immediate vicinity.

We love old furniture. This gives the rooms an individual flair, which is emphasised by the natural wooden floorboards. If you are travelling with a small child, a cot and high chair can be provided. A smoking area with seating is 15 metres away. The nearest shopping centre is 4 km away. There are 4 fully furnished guest accommodations on the property. Your car park is located on the property. The holiday home is located on the same property as the owner's house. Arrival is between 4 and 6 pm. Please arrange any deviations by telephone. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, about 4 km south of Bad Doberan, in the middle of a sculptural end moraine landscape and on an 85 metre high hill, there is a small settlement that has long attracted artists, healers and those seeking peace and quiet - the district of Glashagen Ausbau. A section of the Pilgrims' Way of St James leads directly past our property and not far away, the well-known Glashagen spring rises in a valley. Just a few kilometres northwest of Bad Doberan, directly on the Baltic Sea, lies the small "white town" of Heiligendamm, the oldest seaside spa in Germany, in front of which is the oldest German racecourse - for many years also the venue of the well-known Zappanale. The seaside resorts of Warnemünde to the east and Kühlungsborn to the west are both around 15 km from Bad Doberan and therefore also from our property - and can be reached quite quickly by car on the L12 spa road itself or by bike on the Baltic Sea long-distance cycle path.
