It benefits from a balcony allowing you to relax on balmy evenings, is a short hop from the beach and comes with a fully fitted kitchen.
72a consists of a bedroom with a balcony off, a shower room and a living area. The kitchen in the living area is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher and washing machine to make your stay easier.
Opposite the property is a 30 minute parking bay between 8am and 6pm and you can leave your car in this overnight .Southwold has ample free parking.
Southwold is home to the Adnams brewery. There is a vibrant pier with an amazing mechanical clock and old fashioned penny slots. Just outside Southwold you can find the Maize Maze and some beautiful walks through Minsmere the RSPB reserve to Dunwich with its fascinating history.
