My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I had no issues with my room. It is smaller than hotel standards in North America, but it was large enough for me as a solo traveller. The staff were very helpful at answering my questions , they have lots of information about what to do in Reykjavik, restaurant recommendations and they are very considerate and eager to help if you need it.

Didn't actually stay at this location as there was a water issue when we arrived. They placed us in a sister property nearby with an upgraded room and a couple other perks. Very friendly and accommodating.

Great place to stay to experience Reykjavik!!! Close to a lot of pickups for day tours. By a bunch of restaurants, bars, and main attractions. Staff was helpful and called taxis for us. Highly recommend.

Location was great. Rooms were very sparse but clean. Breakfast was adequate. Biggest issue was noise at night. We had to keep the windows open to get fresh air (no A/C), but there was a restaurant in the courtyard below and we could hear patrons until late at night.

Daily continental breakfast had lots of variety and was very good. The location was perfect for getting in and out of the city, as well as walking in the heart of the city. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went well. The room was clean and the bed was fine. Easy to get to and from the bus and the scooters you can rent were fantastic for getting around. Would highly recommend. Breakfast was perfect way to start the busy day. There were lots of shops and restaurants. Our fav was the soup in a bread bowl down Main Street.

Center Hotels Klopp is in a great location. It is walkable to many restaurants, sights, and bus stops. The included breakfast was simple but good. Only complaint is that there was a foul smell in the elevator. Overall, we were pleased. And I would stay there again.

This was a good, solid 3-star hotel in a great location, one block off Reykjavik's mail pedestrian street (Laugavegur), and 3 blocks from Reykjavik's bus stops 6 (level walk) and 14 (downhill from the hotel). The accommodation was compact but comfortable. The continental breakfast was very nice and in a pleasant setting in the lobby. We appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff - Farouk steered us to a great Icelandic pub, 3 blocks away, which became our regular dinner venue!
