Great hotel…staff needs some training…

Evening check in staff was fantastic; but the restaurant and front desk staff in the morning were horrible…they had mixed up the room numbers of our party, and they were very adversarial and confrontational about correcting the invoices, breakfast staff was difficult, language barrier and kept yelling at us to leave because we had forgotten our masks in our room…we would of been happy to get our masks but after being yelled at in front of the entire restaurant we left and found breakfast at a restaurant that cared about customer service. Hotel is beautiful, and in excellent condition…would of been a great stay if the restaurant and front desk staff in the morning could have tried to be polite and gave a damn about customer service.

Ruime suite met uitzicht op rivier en stad Rheine. Jammer dat je voor de douche in een hoog bad moet klimmen. Niet erg veilig voor senioren. Groot minpunt dat je voor de hoge kamerprijs ook zelf je bed moet opmaken, en dat de kamer niet wordt schoongemaakt, ondanks het op tijd opgehangen bordje aan de deur. De receptie wil de schuld bij de gast neerleggen. Geen enkel excuus. Sowieso vreemd dat een kamer alleen op verzoek wordt verzorgd. Dat levert een bezuiniging op , maar wel ten koste van de gast. Een hotel in deze klasse onwaardig.
