It was ok. Room was clean. Everything was so old. Breakfast was meh, we had to bring the food back to our room to eat because they had no seating area. The layout was wierd. I was very uncomfortable about getting to my room though, we were literally in the basement of the building.

You have a limited amount of Hot water to use for the whirl pool and then it gets cold that was my only negative response on this hotel.Its a good hotel the pool looked bigger online its only 4ft which i didnt expect but me and my girlfriend had good time there i do recommend

We stayed in a suite. Very clean & loved the fireplace. Chairs and couch weren't that comfortable. Staff was very pleasant all the time & breakfast offered waa good. Only downfall waa the fitness center not opening until 8am - should be much ealier.

No dining and no bar. Pool was too cold to go in and hot tub was extremely hot. The property was fairly clean but outdated. The appliances in our condo were very old. Windows and patio doors had cold drafts and ice on the inside

Our experience at The Pointe was overall very good. Customer service was excellent. The morning we went to leave the maintenance man and front desk staff were very helpful with vehicle issues - thank you!! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was more on the firm/hard side. The kitchen had all your basic utensils and supplies needed. The grab n go breakfast was okay..not many options. We did not utilize the pool/hottub during our stay. Snowmobile trail access/parking is good and convenient.

Our suite felt more like a 1 bedroom apartment with all the comforts of home. Front desk staff was extremely hospitable. So glad we chose this place. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset from our private deck.

Northern flavor

This hotel is amazing. Beautiful room with incredible view. Hot tub and pool area is amazing and the hot tub is double the size of most and the breakfast is nice as well.

Checking in was a breeze and Danielle at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. We are in town for a swim meet and the location near restaurants and a short drive to the high school pool are very nice. We would stay here again.
