Beautiful, secluded villa set in large grounds, on the edge of the Greek village of Pilona but close to Lindos, situated between the golden beaches of Vlicha and Lindos, and the beaches of Kiotari to the South and Haraki and Golden Beaches on the other side.

The villa has the Greek Healthcare Protocol (COVID) certificate which confirms we comply with all their requirements and can receive guests.

Villa Cleobulus is a custom built property, designed to provide a light, airy and spacious interior living space, combined with an extensive and comfortable luxury outdoors living area. The house itself has one double, and two twin bedrooms. Expansive upper-floor balconies provide both a more private space for relaxing, as well as spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The ground-floor open plan living room and kitchen is specifically designed to maximise living space and provide modern luxury facilities for daily living and indoors entertainment. For those looking to escape the mid-day heat, the villa is bordered on three sides by a large, covered veranda. Looking onto groves of lemon, orange, pomegranate and olive trees, the villa promotes tranquillity and calm and is not overlooked. All bedrooms having large glass sliding glass – the master bedroom in particular offers a luxurious covered veranda. The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated.
It is situated 8 minutes by car from Lindos and 5mins from Lardos.

Belle villa, totalement conforme Ă  la description. TrĂšs beaux extĂ©rieurs. Vue superbe. Multiples prĂ©cautions respectĂ©es en raison du Covid. ArrivĂ©e bien prĂ©parĂ©e. L'accĂšs Ă  la villa fait un peu peur au premier abord. On se demande oĂč on va arriver car les alentours sont assez tristes mais pas d'inquiĂ©tude, finalement trĂšs calme.

The property is lovely and in a very quiet location near to Lindos. Although a car is essential.There are excellent beaches nearby and a great supermarket 5 mins away in the car. It's a shame the local taverna has closed as we used to enjoy walking down there.We had a fantastic holiday, the poll was beautiful and the variety of outdoor spaces are great, we made good use of the outdoor kitchen, our only nitpick would be that the brochure details in the property could do with an update as the WiFi details and TV instructions are for a different network and different TV!Rhodes is a beautiful island and we will definitely visit again.

We had a superb holiday at Fiona's beautiful villa. We loved the setting in a quaint, traditional Greek village but close enough (by car) to get to the surrounding towns of many towns, including Lindos and Pefkos. There is a tiny village shop which never seemed to close (!) and a bakery which sold the most incredible baklava.The villa is set in a petty garden with well established shrubs and flowers and the pool was just the perfect centre piece! Although secluded, we felt very safe and appreciated the electronic shutters on the windows for security and to keep the heat out. Everything worked well including the aircon, washing machine and fridge freezer etc. We thought the oven might be broken but we didn’t mention it as it really wasn't a problem for us, deciding to eat out most evenings. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and nice linen and we absolutely loved the upstairs terraces for watching sunsets and overlooking the village; the church looked very pretty lit up at night. You definitely need a car to stay at this villa but we went out everyday to explore Rhodes Old town, Lindos and the many beaches. We particularly enjoyed Tambikos Beach but also Lindos. Beautiful

As a whole, Villa Cleobulus is beautiful. It’s secluded, peaceful and relaxing. The villa sits prominently on the outskirts of the village of Pilonas, in a commanding position surrounded by mountain views. While somewhat dated inside, the villa nonetheless has everything you need - it’s well designed, comfortable & it quickly becomes home. However, it’s the impressive outdoor spaces that make it special. The ground floor has a large, covered wrap-around veranda making it easy to seek shade with each side affording views over the impressive, well maintained gardens and planting. The plot and gardens are also much bigger than expected – it certainly felt secluded and private. The star attractions though are the pool and the upstairs master bedroom veranda. Thanks to its impressive filtration and regular maintenance, the pool is “exceptionally” clean and inviting. Facing west, at the rear of the property, it's also very private. The large upstairs covered veranda is brilliant, offering commanding views over the village and beyond. As its south facing, it’s just perfect for sitting on the sofas catching sunrise with a coffee and then sunset with a glass of your favourite tipple – simply stunning. The location is also perfect for exploring the Lindos area, although a car is essential. Communications with the owner, Fiona, was also exceptional and a nice welcome pack upon arrival too. Overall, our experience staying in Cleobulus was great – it really was a home from home!

Excellent villa!

Just returned from a great week at Villa Cleoboulos. The villa was superb. From the beautiful garden with a great pool to the well equipped, modern interior with very comfy beds, everything was perfect . The welcome pack was also much appreciated as was all of the information regarding restaurant and trip ideas . Thanks also to Fiona for all of her help. We would definitely recommend a stay !

The villa is absolutely perfect. Lovely pool, comfortable and roomy and so many thoughtful extras. Less than 10 minute drive from Lindos. Everything you could want for a great holiday in Rhodes. We will definitely be back.

Villa Cleoboulous

We had a fabulous 10-day stay in this villa. The property is situated in a very quiet village outside Lindos. The villa was perfect for our stay. The inside was very clean, well stocked and had everything you needed and more. The gardens and outside space were amazing. The pool was just the correct temperature and was very clean thanks to the regular visits of the pool man. The garden was like a tropical paradise, with amazing fauna and flora. A colourful piece of heaven, again managed by the gardener who visited during our stay. The village is very quiet and unless you want to rely on taxis, a car is essential. We hired ours from the company recommended by our host, George Rent a Car and received a good deal and customer service. I was in contact with the host on a couple of occasions and she responded immediately and was extremely helpful and professional. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely like to return.

Great Villa with amazing garden

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Cleoboulos very much! The owner Fiona was always approachable and answered very fast to our requests. The garden is fantastic! The outdoor Barbecue area and the pool allow for a great rest day at the pool. Some issues with the dish washer were solved as fast as possible and a midstay clean was offered to compensate for the inconcenience. If we come back to Rhodes, the Villa Cleoboulos will be our first choice!

traumhafte Villa mit schönem Garten

Die Villa ist einfach traumhaft. Sie liegt etwas abseits von Pyloni es sind aber nur 2 Minuten bis zum örtlichen Einkaufsladen. Dort bekommt man das nötigste. Wenige Kilometer weiter gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, welcher nicht auf Touristen ausgelegt ist, also auch nicht ĂŒberteuert. Wir lieben diese Abgeschiedenheit und Ungestörtheit. Der herrliche Pool, in dem erstaunlicherweise immer kĂŒhles Wasser war, der Garten mit vielen OlivenbĂ€umen und schönem Rasen und das Haus selbst, welches auch außen viele schattige SitzplĂ€tze bietet. Wir konnten uns wirklich richtig gut erholen. Man muss echt lange suche um so ein Kleinod zu finden. Im Haus selbst gibt es alles was wir brauchten, auch wenn wir uns mit dem Kaffee etwas umstellen mussten. Die Art der Kaffeezubereitung mittels "French Press" kannten wir noch nicht. Wir sind eher Automat- oder Padmaschine gewöhnt. Aber er hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Poolboy kommt drei mal in der Woche und das Reinigungsteam einmal. Den Rest der Zeit ist man völlig ungestört. Nachbarn gibt es zwar, diese können aber das GrundstĂŒck nicht einsehen bzw. sind zu weit entfernt. Alles in Allem - es war hervorragend.
