Cool Waves is a fabulous ‘upside down’ property that offers you everything you need from a holiday property on Anglesey and more. It’s light, modern, and well decorated throughout. The ground floor comprises 3 bedrooms: one king en-suite, another king bed, and the final bedroom is a double. Also on the ground floor is a family bathroom, with a shower over the bath, toilet, and sink.
Upstairs, you will find a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, diner, and living room. The vaulted ceilings with skylights flood the room with natural light, and sliding doors lead out to a terraced balcony at the front to make the most of the views down to the sea.
Outside at the back is a decked patio area with seating for those summer evenings, perfect for kids and pets' playtime, and a decked space with seating and table for a morning coffee or a sunset aperitif. The garage has also been converted into a fun game’s room for kids and adults alike with a small pool table and table tennis set up, great for those slightly damper days. Cool Waves also has parking at the rear of the property for one car, with additional parking found nearby. It’s just a short stroll from the centre of Rhosneigr, and you can be on the beach within 3 minutes! It’s the perfect base for a holiday on Anglesey.
The Neighborhood:
Rhosneigr (said: ROSS-nigh-ger) is one of the most dog-friendly villages on Anglesey. It's a foodie haven, a watersports mecca, and somehow packs bars, restaurants, independent shops and golden beaches into one small stretch of coastline curving round the village. Whether you're a couple, a family three generations deep, or bringing a dog who's never seen so much sand, it works.
It's on the pricier side, but one visit shows why. Two stunning beaches wrap the village, Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, the surf's some of the best on the Island, and the food punches well above its weight. Mornings belong to the water, with Funsport or Gecko Surf on the seafront covering surfing, kitesurfing and paddleboarding for all ages. Evenings bring cocktails, fresh food at the Blue Olive, or the Sandy Mount House or fish and chips from Scarletts on the high street, eaten on the beach or back at the house.
Getting Around:
Rhosneigr is best explored by car, with free parking available at the property and throughout the village. The nearest train station, just 5 minutes away at Ty Croes, connects you to Holyhead and Bangor
Other Things to Note:
An AHL Damage Waiver is included as standard with every booking. It’s there to protect the property and give you complete peace of mind, covering accidental damage up to £250, so that if something happens, it doesn’t cast a shadow over your stay.
Towels & Bedding: Linens and bath towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

We offer booking extras to make your stay even better. Our Extended Stay Refresh* brings fresh linens, new towels, made beds and a quick bathroom reset. *Available on selected properties within our portfolio.
