Welcome to your home away from home in South Richmond, VA 23235. This spacious, sun-filled main-floor guest suite offers comfort, privacy, and room to relax—perfect for families and small groups. With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming screened-in porch, you’ll have everything you need just minutes from the University of Richmond, shopping, parks, and the James River!

This inviting main-level guest suite is designed with families and longer stays in mind. Guests enjoy exclusive access to approximately 1,800 square feet on the main floor of a well-maintained home. The property owners live onsite in the basement in a fully separate space, allowing for a quiet, well-cared-for home while still providing guests with privacy and independence.

The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms:

‱ Primary bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower
‱ Second bedroom with a queen poster bed and elegant crystal chandelier
‱ Third bedroom with a full-size bed and convenient access to the in-unit washer and dryer (located behind large closet doors)

‱ Private ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom
‱ Second full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination—ideal for families

Families will appreciate the generous layout, which includes two separate living areas:

‱ A bright main living room with plush seating, Roku TV, and plenty of natural light
‱ A cozy den perfect for movie nights, reading, or kids’ downtime (fireplace is decorative only)

The fully stocked kitchen makes family meals easy and enjoyable. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, and a full assortment of cookware, dishes, and small appliances. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six and is perfect for meals, games, or homework time.

Step out onto the screened-in porch to enjoy fresh air and peaceful moments together. The porch features comfortable seating and a ceiling fan, making it a favorite spot for morning coffee or winding down after a day out. The surrounding yard is grassy and open (not fenced).

This is an allergy-sensitive environment, and we can only accommodate guests who are non-smokers and not traveling with animals.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

These rules are zero-tolerance and any violation will result in immediate action and additional charges for remediation.

The homeowners reside on site. They keep a very quiet profile and will not disturb your stay, but they are often available if something is needed.

Located in the Southampton area of South Richmond near Bon Air, this home is perfectly situated for families, visiting students, medical stays, and weekend getaways.

This warm, spacious home offers the comfort families love, the space groups need, and a convenient Richmond location that makes exploring easy!

Guests have access to the entire main (first) floor of the home, with the exception of one locked hospitality closet that contains cleaning and restocking supplies. Any evidence of tampering with locked areas may result in an additional fee. Please note that the basement and second floor are strictly off-limits to guests. The owners reside onsite in the basement with separate access and are respectful of guest privacy while remaining nearby should anything be needed.
