We has requested a handicapped room. We get a room on the 3rd floor with a bathtub..then when getting out of the shower one of the railing on the shower wall came loose and it was hanging on the wall. one of the faucets in the shower when you turned it, a shot of water came straight out, hit the shower wall and water got all over the floor. so we had to use our towels to clean it up. when we came back on thursday evening, there no fresh towels and the beds were not changed. they said they gave the help off for thanksgiving..which i understand but we needed fresh towels because we had to clean the floor with the ones we had. the front desk person brought fresh towels and looked at the facuet in the shower and once again got water all over the floor. we got that cleaned up again.

The hotel was excellent. Front desk people very polite. When I got here to check in they did have the information need from hotel.com end so the ball was dropped from your end of the transaction. I would definitely stay at this hotel again not sure if I will use hotel com again

The bathroom was not clean-i showed pictures to person at desk. she gave me cleaning products bec i did not want to move rooms and she was the only person at the desk. the TV remote was not working - i had to bring it to front desk to change batteries with a second person! I did not have breakfast and I checked out a day earlier.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and a tentative. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. There was a very big selection for breakfast. The pool was not too cold. Overall a very excellent stay.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. What really stood out is that Shelby at the front desk took the time to call the room and make sure everything was up to what was comfortable. As well Martin, was so kind and generous at breakfast making sure the food was hot, always available, and even offers to make some off the menu items. I've stayed here many times and every time just seems to keep me coming back.

Everything from the lobby to the room waa clean, bright, ans inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and one of the better continental breakfast offerings I have had. Would stay again if in the area.
