Everything was bad! The location is very seedy. The room had too many issues to list: it was dirty, the TV wasn't working, the floor was filthy, and the sheets needed dusting. I actually asked for a refund, because I was so upset with the room condition. Also, the staff were not responsive to the issues raised with them.

Though i was shifted to its other property named as Clarion Pointe Hotel, it was awesome and best part was the breakfast in morning , rooms were also clean and everything was on its place. The front desk was also very helpful

We were put in a room between someone watching tv at highest volume, with a barking dog and other room music was played during the night. My sister had a bad feeling and I said let's just book another hotel, but she was already in bed. At around 2am we were woken from our light slumber to loud music and loud talking and dog barking. Can honestly say, in my 40 years of travelling, worst hotel experience ever had.

Originally booked for one night but the hotel was full. They put me in another hotel that had wonderful accommodations that was only a couple minutes away. My only complaint was the television wasn’t receiving channels. Not blaming the hotel, just stating an inconvenience.

No blanket on bed, no trash can , door and frame had been scratched down to raw wood by previous visitor’s dog, no smoke alarm on ceiling bracket, was given a key card to room that was already occupied ( door locked from inside even though lock flashed green when tapped). Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will not be returning.

Property staff although nice they were not accommodating. I asked several times for an extra blanket. Ran out of toilet paper the first night of a 4 night stay, had to purchase my own. The TV didn't work at all and the last night the power went out to my room which was not fixed....

Our visit was very good, staff great. The thing I was disappointed in was the door to the office was always closed and locked when we would want a coffee. Coffee in the morning is important. Room w as nice and clean.

Needs a lot of love

This hotel really needs some love. When I arrived, there were people smoking right outside the check in. I would suggest a smoking section that is its own spot. The check-in was easy, I got my key and went to my room, which has been updated with nice flooring and newer bathroom. But, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. There was a cockroach in my tub that then disappeared. The bath mat towel was filthy. The other towels were threadbare and small. The sheets on the bed were old and the comforter was pretty gross and so thin. Luckily, I had a blanket with me I could add to the bed. In the morning, the only coffee is in the check-in area, but the room was always locked and the two times I went for a coffee (at 9am) I had to ring the bell and wait for someone to open the door. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
