The walls were thin and was not well insulated around door. I was enjoying family time and watching a movie and service associate came to do and said it was loud coming from our room. Did not be specific on what the noise was. Tv had to be loud could not hear on low volume. He blamed noise in kids. Need to understand there is going to be noise when family is on vacation and enjoying family time watching television and playing a family game.

He was very rude to me. I have been there plenty of times he’s not a manager. He refused to get the manager try to charge me $100 deposit because I live in town and I already made a reservation online with the last of my money and still would not let me read room there and I’ve been there so many times it was ridiculous. He would not let me and I’ve never had any trouble.

This is a quick stop need to rest place, with breakfast. The room was pretty much clean and neat. However the walls had weird holes in them and weird paint patches. Also the doora weather stripping needs to be repalced, you can awkwardly see through to the outside. The AC was great, the TV gudie doesnt work, kitchenette applicanaces were fine. Breakfast is at the restaurant and its ok. We had eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles. They had fresh individual milk for cereal. Standard pastries, muffins and toast. No hot ceral but you could order it at the restaurant. Good coffee creamers. Standard juices. The ladies made it clear you couldnt take any food back to your room, so that was inconvenient for us but maybe not to others. When we checked in, the host was blasting music and appeared to be on a date with a girl on the couch. I didnt care until i realized he was trying to rush us out and didnt give us any direction or basic assistance about our room, wifi, where breakfast would be located or anything. The worsr part were the visible mouse traps in the hall way. I didnt see these until check out.

The place is incredibly beat up and old. Not clean, front desk staff did not report issue to maintenance but said they did. Smoke alarm went off during shower. There must be better places in Ridgecrest. Do not stay here.

Wonderful experience

I came to visit my son in Ridgecrest. I was so excited about coming to my grandson’s graduation at the end of May. I forgot my purse! The lady at the front desk asked if I had my id on my phone, or if someone could send it to me from home. The lady was very patient and worked with me. Didn’t just turn me away because I forgot my purse the barbecue pad in the pool area and all the tables made a wonderful experience for my grandson‘s graduation party. It was something small but very meaningful to him. I’m going back again in a few months! The rooms were super clean, it was not a bother to ask for more towels since we forgot our own pool towels. The breakfast in the morning was awesome. It wasn’t just a bag with a few things in it. There were choices as my son is a diabetic. Just all over very wonderful experience!!

Very friendly staff, seamless checkin and checkout experience. Very helpful and attentionate staff also around the pool. The infrastructure is in good condition and everything work well. Bed on the soft side, but still comfortable. TV system on the other hand is very sluggish, and could do with an upgrade (like a chrome cast or sth similar).

The first time i stayed was about 5 months beforethis last stay im not sure what changed in such a short time but the first stay was great perfectly maintained room and the last stay was completely opposite bugs in the room bathroom vent not working and the room mainly the walls and floor were disgusting the toilets didnt flush well and bedding was in bad shape please be aware to check the roomnas soonbas you can
