Received a call 15 minutes (5pm) before checkin notifying us that they âoverbookedâ our room. Mind you, we booked and prepaid 2 weeks in advance. We finally settled on a King with a pullout sofa for our son. Get to the room, no sofa. They booked us another King room next door. 12:30am my wife gets a knock on the door with someone trying to come inside. THEY DIDNT BLoCK the room off. She was terrified and did t sleep a wink.
The âextra roomâ had dusty floors with pubes. The shower, also plenty of pubes.
The blinds in the first room didnât operate correctly and would never open. This looks like a new hotel and the parking lot was barely full, yet no double/double rooms? Strange.
Ownership/management should be ashamed at the way this place is run.
IHG will be receiving a call and I do expect a refund.
Very Nice Property. Would have given it an Excellent - however a number of items were out of service (appliances in the breakfast area, ice machines, etc).
Everyone was very welcoming! Our room was very clean! I left my eyeglasses in my room and they shipped them to my house. I would highly recommend Holliday inn express Ridgeland!
