This tranquil 3-bedroom, 2-bath, air-conditioned ranch-style home is nestled on 2 acres among the Pinion, Juniper, and Ponderosa pines. It is centrally located on Log Hill Mesa, just 15 minutes from downtown Ridgway, a quick 30-minute drive to downtown Ouray, and a 60-minute drive to Telluride Ski Resort.

Guests enjoy the cozy home away from home atmosphere with a wood-burning stove in the living area to enjoy while watching your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV or playing a board game. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the dining area for your group to prepare and enjoy a meal together. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. The Primary bedroom features and Ensuite bathroom and the second and third bedrooms feature Queen beds with a full bathroom in the hallway. You'll stay comfortable in the warmer months with the newly installed A/C!

In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series, in July, at Hartwell Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
