Great location/Poor location

4th floor walk-up in very old Communist building. Photos not accurate. Quite large, beds acceptable. Treated poorly at inception - made to feel as if we were trying to commit a "fraud". SHOULD have a warning NOT amenable to over 45 yo. Right in center of things, 15 min walk max to about everything. Sketchy if returning after dark. Pretty quiet for "Downtown".
