This communal gîte is housed in a large house built in the country style. It includes another gîte on the property (reference G49) and benefits from a vast enclosed garden of 2,100 m², with a shaded area. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the large living room by a counter, providing a welcoming and functional space.
