Les cartes de la chambre ne marchaient jamais. À toutes les fois que nous sortions, nous devions aller à la réception pour réactiver la carte et qu'ils viennent avec nous avec leur passe. Nous étions toujous 3 à 5 clients sur notre étage à avoir le même problème. Même la dernière nuit, après 5 cartes s'essaie je lui ai dit de revenir avec des nouvelles cartes, car j'étais tannée de le suivre à la réception et il est jamais revenue.
