Great Family Place in Rincon

A really wonderful place to stay, especially with a family. Freddie takes great care of his house and was always accessible to answer any questions we had or to offer great suggestions for any food or experience that we were looking for a locals perspective on. Lots of items like chairs, cooler and other beach stuff to make for a great day at the beach or pool. Wonderful to have access to great community pool that is steps away from the house. Really good restaurants in the neighborhood or in downtown Rincon. Everything is a short walk or quick drive away. Also, this place has a backup generator and backup water tank. We were there during an exceptionally hot week and the power went out a few times. How amazing it was to hear the generator kick on and have the whole house powered up within seconds. Truly took the stress and worry out of the whole stay. The back patio and second floor deck are not to be missed for morning coffee, lunch, drinks, dinners and sunsets. The views are exactly what I wanted when coming to Puerto Rico. The whole family can’t wait to come back! Really can’t say enough about Freddie and his team and the property. When you stay at Freddie’s place you are in amazing hands. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Freddie's house. We were walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. The house was spacious with very cool and well utilized outdoor space. Communication with Freddie was always quick and easy.

Rincon Weekend

Property was as advertised. Rincon is a beautiful destination with plenty to do. Our host, Freddie was available at all times and making sure we had all we needed for a fantastic weekend. Property well equipped and provided all the required amenities. Jacuzzi was an added feature for relaxing in the afternoons. Will definitely consider staying here in the future.

My 2022,Rincon vacation.

Rincon, is small friendly town,with beautiful beaches and very good restaurants. The property was beautiful , clean and well maintained. Freddie was super helpful, we’re definitely going back next year.

Freddie’s place was amazing! The view was awesome and location - PERFECT! So much to do within walking distance! Thee were beach chairs and a cooler for us to use - made things so easy! We stayed several different places across in Puerto Rico - this was our number one place!!! Love this laid back beach town!

Excellent spot!

The listing photos don't really do it justice. The location is awesome -- very close to the water, around the corner from a few restaurants, and within 20 minute walk from the main plaza. The layout of the house was perfect for the 3 of us and probably would have been quite comfortable for 3 couples. And Freddie is on it! The property is clearly managed very professionally and it shows.

Great location, well stocked, clean

Thanks Freddie for sharing your beach house. We only allotted 3 days at the end of our PR tour in this area of the island, and quickly realized our mistake. Definitely our favorite area and the house was great! Everything has its place and is labeled, Freddie is particular with his home, and it shows. Beach chairs and a cooler for your use. The beach is a two minute walk and no worrying about parking. Several good restaurants easy to walk to, many of the snorkel tours meet about a 10-15 minute walk down the beach. I have added this VRBO to my short list of favorites.

Great Vacation

The place was clean and well appointed. We've stayed in several different places in Rincon, and this was one of the best. Having a master with a king bed is hard to find. The house was comfortable and well furnished. Being able to walk to the beach and restaurants was also really nice.

Awesome place!

The property is awesome. It is spacious and comfy. Extremely clean! It is also equipped really well. Great location and excellent view of the beach. Freddie was very attentive and provided everything we need during our stay. We would consider coming back.

Great Time!!

This place is very clean and I was impressed with all the signs on the switches. This place is the first place I’ve stayed that I didn’t have any problems getting into the house. All your directions were very clear so there weren’t any problems. The complex was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Super place to place to stay!!!

The place is in the most perfect place. Marine Beach is perfect. You can walk to 4 great bar restaurants. The owner Freddie is there for you 24/7. The hot tub is perfect!!!
