Beach Apartment, Walk to the Beach!

My place is located in the tourist area of the very famous Villa Cofresi Hotel & Restaurant - over 50 yrs in business. The apartment is just a few steps from the cozy Rincon beach - less than a 1 minute walk! It is walking distance to the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, art and cultural activities. Enjoy the best surfing beaches - 5 minutes by car. Also, you can easily enjoy water sports like surfing, banana boat ride, jet ski, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing and more.
The space
Seahorse Beach House is my dream come true! As a child, I visited the Rincon area with my family for vacations and we always had such a great time at the beach and around town. Happy times and happy memories! As an adult, I'm still in love with this beautiful place/beaches...oh, the sound of crashing waves onto the beach!

Therefore, I want to help other tourists to have the opportunity to create their own wonderful memories as I did, by providing them with a clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location...and Seahorse Beach House was born!

My place is completely turn-key and everything in the apartment is NEW or almost NEW. It has an air conditioning unit in each bedroom (living room does not have a/c), luggage racks, a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, shower gel, shampoo, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach cooler.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, toaster, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, silverware, pots & pans, plates, glasses and the essential kitchen tools.

The private balcony is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee, tea or wine ;-)
Cable TV, APPLE TV and fast internet (WiFi) is available for your pleasure.
Guest access
The entire apartment is for you to enjoy; two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and a private balcony (no water view). There is free parking available on the premises. A maximum of 4 people are allowed in the apartment including children. Any unregistered guest or visitor found in the apartment during your stay will automatically cancel your reservation without a refund. We will also keep the security deposit for any violation of our house rules and/or damages.

IMPORTANT: If traveling with children, please note that there is no crib available or any other children's provisions in the apartment. I'm open to the idea of hosting children as long as they are supervised 24/7, but please note that my apartment is NOT children proof, second floor and there is no elevator.
Other things to note
Flexible Check in Time: For your convenience and because there are great early morning flights deals arriving/leaving from Aguadilla Airport (BQN) that you can take advantage of. My place is equipped with electronic locks (with different codes for each reservation) to make your check in process a breeze! Please have in mind that if you would like to check in during early morning time (1:00am-11:00am) you will need to reserve the night before. Otherwise, regular check in time starts at 4:00 PM.

Could not have enjoyed our stay more! The apart was super cute, clean, with a balcony which we took advantage of every evening after getting back from our day. The location was perfect- a minute walk to the beach which was perfect to lounge/and or swim late afternoon after exploring. Other gorgeous beaches close by as well as the bodega on the corner and a handful of restaurants right around.An easy 15 minute stroll to the center of town with tons of restaurants, shopping, and a lot going on in general.Our host was very pleasant, professional and quick to communicate when necessary. Easy check-in/checkout.Five star review! Already excited for our next stay!

The apartment was convenient to the oceanfront and the outside shower was lovely after a sandy day at the beach which is steps away from the front gate. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds and other furniture comfortable. You can pack light as they have a washer/dryer which is always helpful.They had a large and small cooler (how convenient to have both!) for use, along with several beach chairs and even a beach umbrella (which is great for those who can't take the sun all day but watch the wind!). While we would have appreciated a few more beach towels for the number in our party (they furnish 2 and place sleeps 4), we made the best of what was provided (- and the washer dryer helped there as well)!. Overall an enjoyable stay for our group of friends! Thanks Alex!

Fabulous Laid Back Rincon

We loved the apartment as it contained everything that we needed for our ten day stay. For the first week we did not have a car but found lots to explore on foot. We walked down to the artisan’s market on Thursday night and had dinner in town. We felt perfectly safe walking home after dark. Grocery stores, fruit stands and other food vendors were convenient. We loved the beach and walked Dow down to watch the sunset every night. Thanks Alex for your great attention.

Very basic accommodation

This apartment is fine if you are okay with a 1 star accommodation. The location is nice that it’s about 100 steps to the beach, but it’s not a beach you’d sit on for the day/more like just walk to take some photos of the sunset. You are a 5 min drive into the downtown area which is fine if you have a rental car. There are restaurants, bars, a few shops and about two blocks of a downtown area. They do a weekly street fair on Wed night and an art night on Thurs. Otherwise every other night things seemed close on the earlier side.We drove everywhere and looked forward to visiting a new beach each day(did marina, crash boat & sandy beach). We planed to drive to Cabo Rojo as it was recommended by a handful of people but never did. Kitchen had all you need. The mattresses were okay but I would suggest updating the pillows and a higher thread count sheets for sure! There is couch seating for two in the main area (plastic dining and island chairs for others) however the couch has definitely seen its day-not comfortable at all. You can feel the springs and it just needs to be tossed! Lost power the last day of our stay and we’re without any plugs, kitchen appliances for 18 hrs-just had ceiling lights. Owner offered to refund one nights stay but then refused. Would stay on other side of town if I returned.

Wonderful stay at The Seahorse Beach House!

This was my first time booking anything through VRBO but I must say the experience was GREAT! We picked the Seahorse Beach house and I loved it. Alex the owner was a great communicator, available at any time. Not only was he attentive but he is quite the tour guide even on the phone and knows the area very well. The apartment was clean and quiet and literally steps away from the beach. Alex also seems to think of everything. He has the apartment well equipped with all the things you need to feel at home and even had a cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use on the beach. Every vacation I've had I've always had to buy or pay for the use of these things so I was stunned to see Alex had everything we needed to make our beach day stress free. Not only would I book here again but I plan on letting everyone I know on Facebook to also stay here.
