The apartment is a stylish comfortable space with a beach bohemian look, perfect for family trips, couples getaway, business trip or just to enjoy a nice quite place with one of the most beautiful sunset view of Puerto Rico directly from the apartment balcony. The complex is just minutes away from restaurant, beaches, entertainment and all you basic needs.

-This stunning beach bohemian-styled apartment is a true gem. As you step into the main entrance, you'll be greeted by a beautifully decorated foyer. Stepping further into the apartment, you'll catch your first glimpse of the awe-inspiring view from the living room, which comes fully furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, high-speed WiFi, and more.



Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, featuring a spacious table for six people and all the necessary amenities. Here, you can enjoy your meals while marveling at the magnificent ocean view that stretches out before you. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, brand new refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, microwave, and other essential appliances.



Moving on to the bedrooms, the master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size premium mattress, a closet with hangers, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with full-size premium mattresses, along with a convenient workspace comprising a desk and chair. This bedroom also includes a closet with hangers. Across the hallway, you'll find a second bathroom, and just opposite, there's a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. We provide the necessary liquid detergents for your convenience.



It's worth noting that our apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout. However, that's not all! As you make your way back to the living area, you'll discover a glass sliding door leading to your very own balcony, where you can immerse yourself in the breathtaking view of the Caribbean ocean. Throughout your stay, you'll be serenaded by the soothing sound of the ocean waves, creating an unforgettable experience.



This beach bohemian-styled apartment is a true sanctuary, offering both comfort and an unmatched natural backdrop for your stay.



Guest Access:

Stela is a charming oceanfront apartment located on the second floor of the Victoria del Mar Condominium. To enter the building, you'll pass through a gated main entrance where you'll have access to your personal designated parking space. The main entrance features a glass door that leads you inside. For your convenience, there are two elevators and two staircases available, providing easy access to the apartment.



Please note that while the apartment does not have direct beach access, you'll find a stunning beach spot just a short 4-minute walk or drive away. To enhance your beach experience, we will provide you with beach chairs and an umbrella for your comfort and enjoyment.



It's important to mention that the condominium does not have a pool facility. However, given its prime oceanfront location and proximity to the beach, you'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beautiful waters of the Caribbean during your stay.

-IMPORTANT NOTE:

We don’t have direct access to the beach throughout the condominium . There is walking distance beach or if you prefer you can take a quick drive.



-IMPORTANT NOTE:

This apartment doesn't offer a power generator for the inside of the apartment although in common areas such as elevators hallways parking and gates will be powered by a common generator. In case of interruption in water service; the complex does provide a water tank in case of interruption of water service.



- We are Pet lovers so that means we are pet friendly, but with very STRICT POLICY.



- Through your check in process you will receive a guide that includes rules, policy and all the information you need to know for your check in.



- If you are traveling we recommend arriving at Aguadilla Rafael Hernández International Airport (47 minutes) or Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (2hrs.33 minutes)



-Near our apartment you can find various activities you can catch on. Scuba diving , surfing , snorkeling , Yoga, horse riding , catamaran, food experience and so much more if you are interested we can definitely help you out to book your experience.

The views and sounds of the ocean are AMAZING. There are supplies for washer and dryer as well as shampoo , conditioner & body wash. Unit has AC but you can also feel the breeze if you choose. There is good snorkeling from the public beach. There are places close by for groceries. The decor is top notch. Airport choices are Aguadilla, Ponce, or San Juan if you want a further drive.

Beautiful Location

Beautifully appointed condo directly on the water. Watching the ocean and sunsets on the balcony was incredibly relaxing. Pet friendly and close to a small beach where we were able to walk our dog and let her enjoy the waves. Kitchen was very well equipped and the hosts thoughtfully provided a lovely welcome gift! We will definitely be back!!!
