Katastrophale Kommunikation. Das die Endreinigung nicht inklusive ist wurde sehr mangelhaft kommuniziert. Erst zwei Tage vor Anreise kommunizierten sie deutlich, das wir selbst putzen müssen oder 140€ zuschlag für die Endreinigung zahlen müssen. Das wären bei unserem 3 tägigen aufenthalt. Über 50% zuschlag auf die erwarteten Kosten. GAR NICHT kommuziert wurde dazu, dass wir Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klopapier, Seife, Küchentücher usw. selbst mitbringen oder 3 Tage im vorraus dazu buchen müssen. Wir kamen also abends nach 6h Autofahrt in einer unfertigen Unterkunft an und mussten kurz vor Ladenschluss zusehen das wir noch irgendwo Bettwäsche herbekommen. Die Hotline konnte uns auch nicht weiterhelfen.
